1.   Preparation of a complimentary comprehensive Comparative Marketing Analysis (CMA) that includes a study of comparable sales with a recommendation of fair market value and listing price. 


2.   Submit your listing to the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors (E.C.A.R.), which is accessible to most agencies throughout Walton County.  This is where the many brokers see the fine details, a splendid description, along with a plethora of photos & often a Virtual tour!


3.   Advertise your property in all the media Pricey Properties feels will expose your property to the largest number of qualified buyers, including premier real estate websites. 


4.   Distribute the listing information to local agencies.  This assures your property information is available to the hundreds of brokers within South Walton. 


5.   Make sure that all agents/brokers understand your showing instructions. A Pricey Properties associate will always be present during the showing of your home, while showing it with the attention and enthusiasm that has become a trademark of the Agency.
