I have never understood how a real estate agent can best represent clients without actually being there during a showing!  With me being present, the many fine details of your property will be pointed out and any questions from the prospective buyers can be addressed.  Appointments for showings will be made around your schedule and whenever possible, be set up in a timely manner.

You will always be informed regarding inquiries and the result thereof, whether the inquiry leads to a showing or not.  I will provide you feedback for all showings.  If there are no recent inquiries on your property, you will be informed of such.  Statistical reports will be sent from time to time, showing online activity of your property.
